Bumper Laser Integrated Machine – Technical Specifications

RC series bumper fiber laser flexible stamping and welding all-in-one machine is mainly used for welding operations such as cutting machine radar brackets of automobile front and rear bumpers (resin materials) radar holes, license plate frame holes, headlight cleaning holes and other holes, which can realize multiple uses in one machine.

The process database can store hundreds of cutting graphics. The standard mold change interface can ensure fully automatic and fast mold change. On the basis of not changing the equipment configuration, it can realize one-time cutting of round holes or special-shaped holes of various sizes, which meets the mixed production of different models.
