FARLEY LASERLAB Copper Busbar Laser Welding Equipment is used to effectively connect IGBT modules with copper bars (also known as busbars) to ensure smooth current flow and effective heat dissipation, the equipment mainly consists of a fiber laser system, a main control cabinet, an electric three-axis operating platform, a pneumatic door protective cover（single machine）, a vibrating mirror optical path system（single machine）,streamline platforms（online）, lifting components（online）, electric modules（online）,visual monitoring/positioning, a water cooling system, a smoke purifier, and integrated components for blowing, dust extraction, and downforce. It can also be equipped with quality inspection systems such as WDD, OCT, LDD, etc.
