It adopts a 6-axis robot and rotary positioning station, supports multiple welding processes, and uses Siemens control. With vision and seam tracking technology, it can run independently or connect to production lines, achieving high sealing and over 99% welding yield.

Precision Welding Performance

The control system adopt SIEMENS Controller.

This equipment could work independently as single station, also it could be integrated into the automatic production line for battery tray parts.

Flexible & Scalable Layout

Supports standalone operation or integration into automatic production lines. Workstation can be arranged in single-layer or double-layer layout to adapt to different workshop space, ideal for new energy vehicle and auto parts manufacturing.

Working with different style laser welding head, this equipment could realize wire laser welding, Laser Brazing, Laser scanning welding, as well as wobble laser welding.

The workstation can be arranged into one or two doors according to the space of workshop
